As the Sr Director of Technical Services at Hyperscience, I lead the Technical Support Engineering, Expert Data Services and Expert Flows Services teams that provide exceptional service and solutions to our customers and partners. I have over 8 years of experience in technical support, services, and engineering roles, with a focus on enterprise web applications, integrations, and data services.I am driven by the mission of delivering value and satisfaction to our clients, while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth among our team members.
