Played a key role in starting Baron's Enterprise Solutions Group which focused on selling weather data and building partnerships in new market segments. My specific responsibilities were to seek out and uncover new market opportunities in the Agriculture, Insurance, & Automotive industries. I worked with a talented team to create go-to-market strategies that included both product marketing plans and business models leading to new lines of revenue for the company. Performed detailed meetings with executives and development teams within large organizations to better understand “how” weather impacted their business. Presented customized weather solutions that solved weather / risk related problems.

Managed the development and launch of the Baron API. Served as a liaison between marketing and development to launch the Baron API website providing companies access to Baron’s library of patented weather content. Forged partnerships in the Maritime and Aviation industries, generating new sources of revenue in these markets. Provided on-boarding support to help partners implement and use Baron data.

Managed software releases and product enhancements. In addition to my job description above, I was the in-house dual-pol radar expert. I have conducted many Dual Pol radar classes with a variety of Meteorologists from Broadcasters to International Weather Bureaus.
