He is the type of leader who will take the time to understand every role within his team. It wasn’t uncommon to have Chris sit next to you talking to customers about their range or any other concerns. He would also ask you to teach him parts of your role so which was always really cool. Furthermore Chris isn’t afraid to tackle challenging problems and he will collaborate with his team to find solutions. I bought a Tesla this year and the window was smashed twice, really scaring the kids. The second time was in the rainy season we driving around with a plastic bag on the car was difficult and noisy and reminded the kids of the break in. I was told by Tesla in Dublin who repaired my first window that they couldn't do it and there was a big mess with insurance and ordering the glass and finding a shop that could do the repair and it would take over a month to get the window. Desperate to get it fixed in sooner than a month, I drove to the Berkeley Shop and met Chris Carroll. I am a single mother with three kids 100% and work full time also supporting them %100, my time is precious and the kids and I had a very traumatic year. I asked Chris is he ever had a really hard time and told him that I was going through that right now. He went above and beyond to personally handle the issue and get my window repaired I believe that day or soon after. He made such a difference in my life and those of my children when I am often feeling like it's me against the world. I have texted him twice for other issues and even on vacation he got back to me very quickly and helped me out. I feel so lucky to have met Chris and have him in my corner. As a middle school counselor I am there for others and it is so nice once in a while to have others show up for me and my children.
