I have worked in the industry for 12 years, all types of cuisines and restaurants. I have a wide range of experience working for Michelin chefs, high volume, small chef-driven restaurants and managing large scale operations such as the Long Beach Convention center. I have been part of chef management teams that have opened many successful restaurants, most recently a large upscale brewery and a multi unit French bakery cafe.
