The Robin Foundation began as a promise from a loving husband and her children Cristina and Stefanie prior to her passing. Robin Cavallo passed away on December 28, 2001. The disease of addiction claimed Robin, but not before she was able to offer help and encouragement to literally hundreds of suffering addicts. In her 17 years of recovery Robin always found the time to help anyone afflicted with the disease of addiction. Through her personal encounters, her involvement on committees and fellowship infrastructure she was able to touch lives of many individuals who otherwise may never have found the new way of life she so cherished. Now through the Robin Foundation, her commitment to addicts/alcoholics who still suffer and their families lives on. Her daughter Stefanie who also battled with addiction since Robin’s passing also lost her courageous battle with this all-consuming disease on September 13 , 2019. She too is the reason and purpose of this foundation.
