Driving EMS excellence is one of my passions and as Director of Clinical Services, I led clinical-service delivery for an EMS agency with 100K annual service requests while making sure we continually improved across the board. I took on every challenging role they’d let me have, performing as operations manager, clinical coordinator, educator, and field trainer. Proving my metal as a coach, I motivated and developed the 300-member staff across 7 departments. My other responsibilities included creating CE programming, helming clinical investigations, developing research opportunities, and managing resources, ambulance fleet, and billing.

Moving to the Rural Metro team (the 2nd-largest EMS provider in the US), I put my talents to developing and implementing continuous quality improvement (CQI) and CE programs. It was my job to supervise the C shift operations, managing 150 EMTs, paramedics, dispatchers, and support staff.

After my honorable discharge from the Air Force, I transitioned my skills to the medical field. As a clinical supervisor in the Osteopathic Medical Center, I kept an eye on the CQI processes, ensuring consistent application. I also managed patient care in hyperbaric chambers.
