Chris Celecia, a Chartered Certified Accountant and graduate of Loughborough University, has been working in public practice for over fifteen years. Chris is currently a director at RSM Gibraltar (formerly Benady Cohen & Co)., a professional services Group that undertakes audits, fund administration, taxation and other specialized services. Chris specialises in the audits of numerous entities across the private sector in Gibraltar including hedge funds & alternative investment vehicles, online gaming, insurance, construction and trust & company management. Chris also provides training to staff with regards to audit technical and quality matters. Prior to joining RSM Gibraltar., Chris was senior manager with BDO Gibraltar, where, in addition to providing audit and local taxation services to numerous clients, he was involved in the implementation of the new audit methodology and software tool. Chris has also been involved in quality reviews of other BDO network member firms. Chris is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants, a member of the Gibraltar Society of Accountants’ audit faculty, a member of the Gibraltar Funds and Investments Association ("GFIA") and sits on GFIA’s Technical Committee.
