Maintain the surveillance systems for Sands China Limited with 10,000+ hotel rooms, the world largest number of hotel guest rooms within a multi complex. Approx. 1000+ Gaming tables and slot machines with and nearly 100,000 square meters of meetings and convention space. Successfully merged the surveillance network for all properties into one single surveillance network with layer 3 architect. The network merge will form a largest Surveillance network in Casino World which consists of 30,000 channels of Digital Video Recorders. The merged network will enable us with a flexibility of displaying any camera in any casino at any operator console. Deployed and managed multiple domain controllers with over 1000+ users, 1000+Servers/workstations, and 500TB storage capacity for footage archiving. For footage recording it is over hundred of Petabytes.

Maintain the surveillance systems for Sands Cotai Central project with 6,000 hotel rooms, the world largest number of hotel guest rooms within a single complex. Approx. 600 Gaming tables and 2,000+ slot machines with and nearly 100,000 square feet of meetings and convention space. Successfully merged the surveillance network Sands Cotai Central, Sands, Venetian and Four Seasons. The network merge will form a largest Surveillance network in Casino World which consists of 12,000 channels of Digital Video Recorders. The merged network will enable us with a flexibility of displaying any camera in any casino at any operator console. Deployed and managed multiple domain controllers with over 300 user, 60Servers, and 70TB SAN storage capacity.

Oversee the Surveillance systems for all properties within Sands China Limited in Macao. Recruit, train, empower and develop Supervisors and Managers for career progression; Provide direction, resources, guidance and training to management team; Designate manpower levels for each functional area;

Responsible for CCTV system maintenance in Macao region which consists of 3 properties (Sands, Four Seasons and Venetian, P5&6 coming in 2011). A total of 7000 cameras and over 30 servers and database maintenance. The daily technical operation includes database maintenance, backup, network checking, camera maintenance, server maintenance, table and slot move, etc... Project planning and coordination with inter-departments, contractors and vendors. Making maintenance schedule for the CCTV system, etc. Now working on P5&6 opening, purchasing equipments, system planning, network planning, recruitment of new technicians, making training plan for new staffs.

Responsible for designing and managing various building services projects within a multi-disciplinary group. Work includes electrical system design, project management, site supervision and co-ordination for a wide variety of Electrical / Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system projects ranging from MTR Electrical / ELV infrastructure design, Hotel / Casino Electrical / ELV design.

Project management, coordination with suppliers, vendors and contractors on various projects. Keep the proper operation of Macao Cultural Center, which is designed using state-of-the-art equipments. Maintenance of all high voltage 380V 3 phases and 220V power supply, all electronic equipments and electrical appliances, QGBT, switchboards, PABX systems, escalators, lifts, fan coils, ventilation motor, cooling tower, emergency power generator, Chillers, Phillips lighting controller, capacitor banks, Phillips Venetian curtain control, fire fighting system, water pumps, etc. All the aforementioned state-of-the-art equipments are in maintenance according to the scheduled period, which is pre-scheduled by engineer.
