As the Collabrathon Lead for openEHR International, I worked closely with the CEO on the EHRcon24 conference to design and deliver engaging experiential and competitive event meeting strategic goals, fostering innovation, and strengthening relationships with international development teams, stakeholders, and sponsors.Key contributions included:Designing a 24-hour innovation challenge, developing a structured program for participants to create IPS-integrated healthcare solutions aimed at improving user outcomes. Defined technical objectives, essential IPS data sets, deliverable expectations, and judging criteria to ensure clarity and impact.Synthesised user-centred insights, using a User Centred Design approach I led the discovery and definition phases for personas representing diverse healthcare users, analysing critical pain points and user experience challenges to inform actionable recommendations for solution development.Conference facilitation and demonstrations, supporting overall event facilitation and delivered in-person and virtual demonstrations of data federation, highlighting real-world applications of openEHR technologies. Successfully facilitated the 24-hour challenge, guiding participants and culminating in the awards ceremony.
