Responsible for setting up the operations plan for the business across the different divisions. Reall has a strategic plan that requires an agile approach to counter the difficult contexts we work in. My role was to ensure the plan was monitored and updated regularly and budgets were being spent and allocated correctly. The partner aspect involved working with a team of talented coordinators who were able to track and report to stakeholders on our progress against plan on programme activities with 16 different partner organisations across the world including Pakistan, Nepal, Zimbabwe, Angola and other countries throughout africa and Asia. Partner relationship with the CEO's in our network was also an aspect of the role that involved developing and strengthening our communication with them.
