Sr. Program Manager
CurrentResponsibilities include:• Spearheading the business analysis of new program areas and developing partner enablement programs• Translating process requirements into concrete end-to-end project plans• Negotiating with stakeholders to commit and execute to project plans• Translating strategic vision into program scope and design• Seeking out industry trends and organization knowledge to understand alternative approaches and solutions• In partnership with the business and technology teams, determines best solutions to drive operational efficiencies•Facilitating joint planning with business partners as required in project and program lifecycle• Integrating project plans at program level creating cost estimation models as required• Developing and maintaining end-to-end program level schedule inclusive of business requirements, application development, QA, and implementation and manages performance against it• Creating measurable performance thresholds and managing program-level performance indicators and metrics
