Planned and taught intensive group classes to Samsung company employees at one of the company’s human resources and development centers. Classes focused on a range of business English skills including: presentations, conversation/small talk, meetings, etc. Responsibilities:  5-10 week programs with daily classes using in-house curriculum that focuses on communicating in English for business and work settings Equip Samsung employees with the ability to use English in their workplaces or future workplaces abroad through a variety of classes and consultations Evaluate trainees on their performance and aid them in achieving good scores on the OPic tests Encourage students to use English exclusively and perform role-plays and presentations in front of fellow classmates

Conducted 50-55 minute one-to-one and group classes for business professionals (engineers, doctors, lawyers, programmers, etc.) in Gangnam’s affluent business sector. Students’ levels ranged from beginner to advanced.Other Responsibilities: Taught discussion classes with topics related to business, technology, current events, etc.  Led writing and grammar classes using Pagoda published textbooks: “The Writing Club 2” and “Grammar Chat” Created lessons for month-term (advanced and intermediate) group classes using: TED, Economist, WSJ Accomplishments: Designed and conducted an intensive one-week Interview and Resume Workshop for Korean engineering students for KOFST (Korea Federation of Science and Technology Society) through outsourcing Built a strong student base and maintains a steady re-enrollment rate (compared to center average) Achieved ‘S’ grade on monthly evaluations (highest possible grade; rarely awarded)

Conducted semester-long credit classes for university students (undergraduate & graduate) and evaluated student performances following a strict university grading guideline. Facilitated additional weekly classes at the university’s Global Center.Accomplishments: Received higher than average evaluations for each semester from fellow professors and students Implemented new electronic system of homework assignment and collection (Internet Education Site)
