I founded GCentral to enable collaboration among programmers using G. GCentral reduces friction in collaboration by enabling programmers to find/use each other's work, contribute their work for others to use, and co-develop projects with each other.Collaboration is my passion because I believe we, as humanity, can make the world a better place faster and more efficiently as a group rather than each of us working individualistically. I believe scientists and engineers are uniquely able (though not exclusively able) to improve our world because of our talent, skill, and experience in harnessing natural phenomena for the betterment of humanity. And I've found no better language to focus the creative energies and problem solving skills of scientists and engineers than LabVIEW. As the president, I'm responsible for overseeing and executing all activities and strategies in alignment with the mission and vision of GCentral as set forth by our board of directors.

I'm responsible for cost reduction and efficiency improvements in Cirrus Logic's validation group. I'm ultimately responsible for the design, development, and adoption of software infrastructure based on the National Instruments tool chain. I'm also responsible for growing the overall proficiency of Cirrus Logic in the National Instruments tool chain.• Implemented software engineering best practices leading to Cirrus Logic's certification as a National Instruments LabVIEW Center Of Excellence in 2018 and was named the Technical Lead• Rearchitected the main application and supporting software that enables Cirrus Logic to efficiently execute validation. The architecture concentrates on scalability and extensibility to enable the efficient and accurate modeling of Cirrus Logic's growing portfolio of complex IP.• Worked with numerous stakeholders to refine requirements for applications and frameworks that enable validation.• Acted as the primary point of contact between Cirrus Logic and contractors \ vendors to ensure accurate and timely bi-directional communication and successful delivery of products.• Responsible for designing, documenting and enforcing software development practices and procedures.• Responsible for architecting and maintaining support software such as build processes, auto test suites, auto documentation, and software distribution mechanisms.• Responsible for engaging National Instruments and other vendors to understand their product roadmaps and the effects on Cirrus Logic. Responsible for organizing the complex code base into reusable components and integrating them into a system that allows for each component to be versioned.• Owned the DAQ Assistant for 5+ years. The DAQ Assistant is one of National Instruments most customer facing applications. It provides customers a quick and easy way to configure DAQ hardware and acquire data. The DAQ Assistant is based on a complicated software architecture. It centers around parallel executing actors that coordinate with each other via event and queued based message handling.• Technical leader for the ELVIS Software product line. The ELVIS software suite is an academic software package that provides students a quick and easy way to perform common tasks with their DAQ hardware, such as configuring a software Digital Multimeter, • Consulted for other G Development projects throughout National Instruments.
