Administro el espacio y lay-out de 5 naves de almacén manejando 900 ítems. Responsable de las descargas y acomodo de materiales que arriban a la planta diariamente. Soy responsable de la compra de los materiales de la planta, colocando órdenes de compra a los proveedores. Administro maquilas externas y 14 líneas de producción, generando un plan de producción para las mismas y coordinando que se suministre material en tiempo y forma.Bajo mi cargo se encuentran reportándome 24 personas. Resultados sostenibles logrando reducción de 12 millones de pesos en working capital de un inventario mensual de 100 millones cada mes utilizando ciclos de llegadas de materiales y políticas de inventarios acordes a la logística de cada proveedor.Plus: Pilar de TPM Administrativo, aplicado al área.
