If yes, why not partner with the UN?I have been fascinated by the potential of technology for good since the early days of the internet. One of my first jobs was to help promote a plan to bring affordable internet to rural communities in Canada. Then one day, I got a call to come to Geneva to work with the UN specialized agency that does this for the world. I jumped at the opportunity. That was more than 20 years ago. I guess you could say I like my work and the amazing people at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).Today, I manage ITU's relationship with its 1000 member companies, including SMEs, universities and partners as well as publications marketing. For the past couple of years, I have been focused on building our capacity in digital marketing, business transformation and data analytics. To stay up to date on latest trends, I have taken training courses in digital marketing, and most recently digital transformation at IMD business school in Switzerland, as well as sustainable business at Cambridge UK.A Canadian and Swiss national, I also speak French and Spanish.
