Edmonton facility – Managing all aspects of a 27,000 Square foot warehouse that processes the core returns of used components (engines, transmissions, motors etc.) back to Caterpillar on Finning’s behalf. 5 hourly staff and 2 salaried staff. Edmonton facility #2 - Managing all aspects of a 48,000 Square foot warehouse for slow moving parts. 2nd facility started up in the last year. 3 hourly staff and one salaried staff.Manage accuracy of the Finished Goods inventory valued at approximately $60 million dollars. Create and manage to the the sites budget of approximately $15 Million Dollars.

• Responsible for managing the operations of the MWDC through effective leadership of the senior leadership team removing obstacles to the effective, accurate and timely receiving shipping and billing of trailers and inventory and the subsequent accurate filling and shipping of customer orders.• Managing all aspects of a 165,000 Square foot Warehouse with 30 doors operating all but 14 hours a week. Manage the efficient movement of approx 225,000 cases a week of product coming in and going out. • Manage accuracy of the Finished Goods inventory valued at approximately $18 million dollars. • Create and manage to the sites budget of approximately $10 Million Dollars. • Manage within CFIA federally regulated HACCP program. • Responsible to ensure all Distribution processes are in adherence to business policies, and SOPs. • Ensuring compliance with HACCP and Health and Safety policies and standards.• Providing leadership and input into the decision-making process of the MWDC as a member of the senior leadership team.• Work closely with Supply chain finance Inventory group to investigate inventory discrepancies and initiate or correct deficiencies. • Manage within a collective agreement.• Interview prospective candidates in conjunction with Human Resources to acquire the required talent to strengthen the salaried workforce;• Coach, discipline and terminate, where required, those employees who do not meet company performance expectations or who chose to disregard company policy and HACCP / CFIA requirements for the proper handling of product, informing Human Resources when such actions are proposed;• Salaried staff of 29 people• Hourly Staff of + - 105 people
