- Provided extended on-site support as interim EHS manager for a variety of facilities and industries.- Provided air dispersion modeling support for Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) projects and Air Toxics evaluations for permitting approval- Helped clients maintain compliance with Risk Management Program (RMP) and NJ Toxic Catastrophe Prevention Act (TCPA)- Complied compliance programs for air permits in various locations and for a number of MACT standards- Oversee/manage stack testing activities by subcontractors at client facilities- Preparing and certifying numerous Preparedness, Prevention, and Contingency (PPC) Plans, Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), and Spill Prevention Response (SPR) plans- Evaluated and prepared Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reports, Chemical Inventory Reports (Tier IIs), Department of Homeland Security C-FATS applicability, and U.S. Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) reports.- Prepared consequence analysis modeling for short-term emergency releases of numerous process and facility support chemicals for the pharmaceutical, food, and specialty chemical industries.
