- Director of Manufacturing Operations : Director of all Manufacturing Opera-tions consisting of Engineering, Fabrication, Imaging and Installation with a total of 64 Direct and Indirect reports and yearly Revenue of $19 million. Evaluate personnel, machines and processes to improve work flow and efficiencies on the production floor and between departments. Capacity Plan with my Department supervisors to ensure we are meeting all project schedule requirements. Involved in front end process and planning of projects to build schedules for large complex fabrication projects. Respon-sible for planning and consolidating two manufacturing facilities into one thus improv-ing efficiencies and economies of scale in our manufacturing processes with out a re-duction in throughput during the consolidation. - Production Manager (2 years): Supervisor of entire production department with Revenue of $12 million consisting of Engineering, Fabrication and Installation with a total of 45 Direct and Indirect reports. Coordinated with Project managers and my department supervisors regarding schedules and resource planning in order to deliver projects on schedule. Evaluated personnel, machines and manufacturing processes to help improve work flow and efficiencies on the production floor.

Project lead for multiple complex assemblies throughout process- Quote to Customer Delivery. Handled initial quote requirements per the customer request sometimes involving up to 20 complex assemblies per quote which included multi-level BOM’s, outside processing and extensive quality requirements Responsible for the tracking of programs through entire manufacturing process. Worked with production and outside vendors to prevent delays to customer as well as monitoring job efficiency and profitability.

Acting President after company acquisitiion and during transition to new President Hire for period of 1 year. Oversee entire company consisting of 25 employees. Responsible for the new vision and re-direction of the company and communicating that to the management team and production personnel. Helped in the design and implementation of new company policies and procedures for HSE and compensation packages. Worked with Finance to evaluate current financial situations and areas of focus for revenue growth and cost cutting initiatives. Exceeded EBITDA projections by 18% through efficiencies and our shift into more aerospace focused markets.

Supervisor of 11 production personnel. Coordinated and scheduled all daily activities of the production personnel in order to deliver customer products per their requirements. Evaluated personnel, machines and processes to help improve work flow and efficiencies on the production floor. Planned for capacity restraints based on resources and informed departments of these effects. Responsible for the Hiring of all production personnel, performance reviews and personnel issues.

Process Engineer: Responsible for generating job Travelers/Work Instructions for manufacturing for both internal processing and outsource requirements. Determined material requirements, processing needs and inspection requirements for project. Collaborated with Estimating, Programming and Production to determine manufacturing process before release of work to the manufacturing floor. Implemented continuous improvements on manufacturing processes. Flowed Engineering changes to production and quality when customer requirements changed Assisted in the design of fixturing used to machine, assemble and test components. Worked with Assembly to assemble projects efficiently. Machinist: Set up and operated CNC Machining centers to manufacture components per customer specifications. Created and Implemented efficiencies to produce components faster and more cost effective. Performed routine maintenance on machines. Filled out Required in process inspection documentation. Customer Service/Sales: Called on current customers and maintained a relationship with their engineering group and purchasing. Cold called on potential new customers. Handled all quotes and new customer relationships. Worked with Engineering on manufacturability of new customers’ requirements.Purchasing: Performed all purchasing functions required. Compiled RFQ’s for requirements. Purchased Raw Material, Perishable tools, MIL-Spec and NAS Hardware.Shipping Manager: Responsible for the safe Delivery of all components to our customers and outside processors. Materials manager: Handled the inventory of all raw stock. Verified materials and cut required material for each work order.
