•Responsible for underwriting loan requests up to $1.7 million. Underwrote between two and three loans per day, average loan amount was $500,000, with an annual portfolio principal balance valued over $200 million. I used analytical skills to review an applicant’s credit history, income, and assets to make an informed lending decision. I used my excellent organization skills to prioritize daily tasks between underwriting new loans, reviewing the work of junior underwriters, reworking conditionally approved loans, answering phone calls and emails, attending meetings.
