About Chris Coffey

Chris Coffey is a Vice President, Client Experience at WellSky at WellSky. They possess expertise in millennium, cerner, healthcare it, emergency medicine, sql and 44 more skills. Colleagues describe them as "Chris Coffey is a well-rounded consultant with the ability to provide expertise on an array of disciplines. He approaches all projects and situations with professionalism and objectivity which benefits his team. A few of Chris’ qualities include: integrity, kindness, consistence, and commitment to excellence. As a role model and mentee, I have learned a great deal from Chris.", "Imagine returning to college after 12 years, filled with uncertainty, self-doubt, and fear that you just might not cut it. Within minutes of walking into the classroom, you are put at ease, finding yourself instead hanging on every word your instructor puts forth. Though you knew going into the classroom that the curriculum would be focused on the Business Management and Leadership, you can’t help but realizing that the discussion truly did become thought-provoking over career and business possibilities. Motivation, self-improvement, and the belief that anything truly is possible are the instant memories I have of my course with Instructor Coffey. I was fortunate enough to have met Chris on my very first night returning as a student after over a decade absence to a classroom. Chris seemed to have instant rapport with the entire cohort. What’s more, Chris somehow managed to bring life to the business content within each of the classroom discussions; making it feel more like a conversation in which all of my peers grew eager to participate. I remember receiving reassuring feedback that really helped me stay centered on assignments. Additionally, I latched on to tips that Chris gave our class and applied them to the 16 courses I took following his course. Thanks Chris for making it seem obtainable while keeping it relevant, motivating and thought-provoking.", and "To Whom It May Concern: I am writing this letter in support of Chris Coffey’s work in higher education. Through his professional experience, his teaching, and contributions to program development and review, Mr. Coffey has the appropriate breadth and depth of experience as well as the innovative mind that can bring great value to a range of partners. I have known Mr. Coffey for two years in my role as Dean of Baker University’s School of Professional and Graduate Studies where I worked with Mr. Coffey in his role as an instructor. Mr. Coffey was referred to me when I began my role. Many faculty and staff commented about Mr. Coffey’s excellence as a student and that he was recruited to teach for us. I reached out to Mr. Coffey for an initial conversation about opportunities and was immediately impressed with his ability to assess program needs and even more so with his ability to develop a range of solutions. Often people can identify gaps and concerns, those that can thoroughly assess those gaps and concerns in ways that bring measurable action items to the surface are rare. Seeing this ability, I asked Mr. Coffey to serve on multiple committees beyond his instructor role and he was integral in helping us review our programs and operations, and central in identifying feasible and effective ways to not only address the gaps and concerns, but to be forward thinking and accelerate our advancement. Mr. Coffey always received high marks from his students, and was a valued colleague to other faculty, staff, and myself. Had I had the resources, I would have tried to recruit Mr. Coffey for an even more involved role as I saw his contributions as being important for our continued success. He has an enthusiasm that is needed, and more than that he has a sincere and genuine engagement in the projects he works on and the people he serves. While Mr. Coffey is effective at identifying “low-hanging fruit”, a key asset is his ability to find areas that the organization doesn’t know about – or is aware of but has been unable to address. I was excited to learn Mr. Coffey is expanding into consulting work as I think it is a great avenue for his talents and he will have measurable impact on any organization that works with him. It is without reservation and with a great deal of enthusiasm that I recommend Chris Coffey as a colleague, consultant, and partner for any organization.
