As Chair (2009-11), responsible for the leadership and oversight of the Illinois LMSC, one of 52 local divisions of U.S. Masters Swimming. As Chair of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors, responsible for overseeing all LMSC governance, polices, and procedures. Lead representative of the LMSC to U.S. Masters Swimming. Also served as Vice Chair (2005-2009); Webmaster/IT Director (2005-2011); and Immediate Past President (2011-2015).

Assisted the Chair in developing policy, educating the public, conducting events, and growing the membership for U.S. Masters Swimming in western Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia, and eastern Ohio.
