I am a GNC Engineer with a strong background in robotics, controls, deep learning, computer vision, and embedded devices. I have experience working with various programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Matlab/Simulink, Java, etc. I am familar with multiple non-linear optimal control libraries such as GPOPS-II, ACADO, and CasADi.I have a passion for robotics and have a large portfolio of personal projects, including a full 6DoF fixed-wing simulation in Elixir, an open-source educational STM32 PID controller system, a ROS-enabled SLAM differential drive UGV, and an automated photogrammetry quadcopter.Additionally, I have taught ROS/ROS2 to multiple students both at university and through online courses, and I have consistently received high reviews for my ability to demystify complex concepts and foster a deep understanding of real-world robotics applications with my students.I obtained my Amateur Radio License in high school and have been programming and working with robots and electronics even before then. I attend hackathons and volunteer for engineering-related events regularly and have multiple projects I work on at home in my spare time. I have written a number of publications in my undergrad and graduate careers that range from the fields of classifying rehab response in stroke victims through a haptic-feedback joystick to using reinforcement learning with computational topology to determine the best future pose of a robotic sensor to maximize information gain.I am always looking for new opportunities to apply my skills and continue to grow as an engineer.
