Project managed remote team for the full life cycle development of a shipping software product. • Interviewed field personnel to identify the most challenging issues with installing the product on site in customers’ data centers and their approaches for addressing these issues. In an organizational first compiled, tested, and achieved organizational consensus on best practices.• Pioneered the use of Test Driven Development (TDD) toolset to build a deployment best practice analyzer with the goal of reducing the number of consulting hours needed for implementation while maintaining legal and organizational requirements for shipping a software product.
