• Lead team of 74 across 4 states (UT,OR, ID, WA) to implement high quality programming in more than 250 elementary schools, positively impacting more than 175,000 children. Manage annual revenue of ~$4.2M inclusive of.
• Navigated through the COVID pandemic by implementing risk management practices to stabilize operations for the long term. Communicated with key stakeholders and innovated around new programs to meet evolving market.
