Leading a portfolio of volunteer ministries in the areas of Recovery Ministries and Congregational Care (spun off Missions in 2007 and Local Outreach in 2008) . Latest achievment was leading a primarily volunteer-driven marriage initiative with a workshop reaching over 800 couples. Current initiatives include driving the marriage initiative to a steady state, launching a twelve step recovery program for teens and the continued development of a full-spectrum crisis care ministry in a large scale, multiple campus church of 10,000+ attendees. Focused on pastoral counseling and mobilizing volunteer base toward a sustainable congregational care structure in a large church setting of approximately 8000 attendees. This was done while attending seminary as a full-time student.

• Developed a dying ministry from a handful to a regular attendance of over 200. • Oversaw a 100% volunteer staff in all aspects of teaching, worship/arts, small groups and social activities.• Led a diverse volunteer team in the planning and production of bi-weekly service. • Identified, developed and released volunteer leaders to serve on the Arts Team, focusing on integrating art and participation into the worship experience.

• Communicated and implemented new initiatives into old organizations. • Developed strategies for division-level quality management, including ISO/QS-9000 into assembly operations. • Integrated new technologies such as critical path management into the decision-making process. • Developed and delivered training programs to all levels of hourly and management employees, along with extensive first-line supervisory and team building experience.
