My philosophy has always been that “nothing moves without a tax consequence” – and this is reflected in my overall career experience and the manner in which I advise clients. I take a business-like approach to the practice of law and use a solution-led methodology when dealing with my clients’ requirements.My work regularly takes me to Dubai, the Caribbean, the Far East, Australia and New Zealand, where I attend on clients, trustees, corporate service providers and other professionals. I am also a regular visitor to Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.I sit on the international committee of STEP, as well as being a member of the judging panel for the STEP ‘Chambers of the Year’ awards.
