I am a community builder...My journey co-creating Cooley Comics began with a divine dream, a vivid vision that revealed my life’s calling and ultimate purpose—to create a safe space where imagination and storytelling meet technology and accessibility. This company is more than a business; it’s a movement to redefine the art of storytelling, making every participant a master of their own legendary saga.I also have a role as CEO and Co-founder of OZworks Group, LLC, an action-based, online, Opportunity Zones community that was launched in January 2021. OZworks Group was created to fulfill the true spirit of the OZ legislation by democratizing access to OZ education while promoting deal flow to OZ communities on a national scale. OZworks Group is set up as a Qualified Opportunity Zone Business (QOZB). My business partners and I funded the company with our own Qualified Opportunity Zone Fund (QOF) as a statement of their belief in the incentive. The OZworks Group community fills a void in the OZ market by bringing together ALL OZ stakeholders in an environment that provides clear guidance for independent investors, regional developers, and entrepreneurs. The online network aims to connect anyone interested in OZs with the knowledge and action steps they need to execute OZ strategies.
