As the manager for the permanent Accounting team, I am responsible for ensuring we maintain a best in class approach to both our talent management and our client’s needs. My area of recruitment specialisation is exec level accounting roles. I have an extensive network of both candidates and clients in the Accounting and Finance sector, enabling me to connect exceptional talent with top New Zealand businesses.My priority is finding the right people who are going to improve an organisations performance, with a focus on the long term. I do this by ensuring I have a genuine understanding of what a business or finance team needs, then matching this to the qualities and aspirations of an individual.After graduating with a BA in 2011, my early career was in sporting events retail, which involved hiring high volumes of employees for large exhibitions. My actual recruitment career began in 2015, when I relocated from the UK to NZ and joined a global Auckland based recruitment agency where I spent 3 years learning the trade in the Accounting and Finance service line.
