I perform a 360 degree consultant role, to drive the presence of Randstad in the Senior Finance space, in the Auckland market. Working alongside a large team in the accounting, banking and finance space, we are working towards our vision to become market leaders across New Zealand.In particular, I work with people who are newly qualified, through to Financial Controller and Directors to help find the best possible positions. Fulfilled the role of Store Manager for 8 months. During this time I was responsible for the following;- Management, training and monitoring of 70+ staff members- Driving KPI's - The successful running of the store through some of it's busiest periods including 3 kit launches and winning the BPL - 5 successful store audits- A total store restructure for financial benefits- Recruitment of new staff (entry and senior levels)- Liaising with a number of departments at head office including; marketing, merchandising, HR and payrollCurrent Position - Assistant ManagerTurnover - £4 million per annumSquare Footage - 8,000 sq/ft (2 floors)Workforce - 70 (Includes 6 members of management)

Based at the Leicester Tigers Stadium Store, where I am effectively the Assistant Manager.My job role includes the following;- Staff Management- Payroll Management- Visual Merchandising- Off site retail eventsI have also been involved in separate projects such as the set up of the Leicester Tigers city centre store in 2011, the set up and running of the NBA House store which was situated in Covent Garden during the 2012 London Olympics and the set up and running of a retail unit for the NFL at Wembley during the overseas fixture in October 2012.
