I serve as president of Protos Security, overseeing a dynamic team of business professionals. Protos provides public and private clients with integrated security management services, including budget tracking and management, risk management, customized scheduling and reporting, accurate invoicing, and single point of contact for security guard services. Additional responsibilities include development of proprietary tracking software and program management.

I oversaw the creation of an entrepreneur program for new business startups in the City of Roanoke. The program was the first of its kind in the United States. I also administered and marketed the activities and incentives of the City's Enterprise Zone program, providing analysis and reports to the governing agency. I often served as a liaison between the business community and departments within the City to expedite development projects.

I provided price point analysis and created predictive modeling for Nextel services on a regional basis for existing product lines. I prepared spreadsheets, budget forecasts, and financial reports for director, VP, & CFO.

I assisted the Sr. Business Manager in the creation and management of budgets for the Systems, Strategy & Planning cluster. I prepared spreadsheets, budget forecasts, and financial reports, and acted as a liaison between division managers and the Sr. Business Manager. Other duties include assisting in the organization of cluster-wide events, training sessions, and post-mortem debriefing meetings.

I developed, planned, and managed the life cycle of data operations vendors; negotiated data operations requirements; and managed the maintenance budget of Sprint's Integrated Services Operation (ISO) and Integration Management, as well as budgets in excess of $22 million for Sprint's Technology Services. I was also responsible for resolving billing issues with Sprint's maintenance vendors, prepared financial reports for upper management, and provided overall maintenance and enforcement of the terms of contracts, invoices, and non-solicitation. Other duties included preparing budget forecasts and accompanying equipment databases for Sprint's ISO Service Centers, and serving as the point of contact for preferred ISO contract labor vendors and outside vendors such as Cisco, IPlanet, and Nortel. I was also responsible for maintaining and updating ISO's internal web site on a regular basis.
