I get it! I had a successful speciality coffee shop, in the 3 years I owned it I created a fantastic reputation and was regarded as one of the best coffee shops in town, things were good. However, this was not what I was experiencing I was creating a different reality in my head, it was plaguing me, I felt trapped and lost. My level of understanding at that moment was not that of the reality that was around me, and I sold up the shop. Selling the shop gave me the space to explore what I wanted. Still being lost I sort out coaching to help me, it was during that experience that I knew I wanted to be a coach to help people overcome their limiting beliefs to see beyond the stories there were believing that can contaminate the mind and hold us back in creating the results we want.As a 3 Principles based coach.You have all the clarity wellness and wisdom within you and I believe in the power of insight & realisations to allow you to come closer to that natural state of clarity within you.
