Manage all IT operations including servers, networking, firewalls, email and communication systems. Monitor and improve onsite and offsite backups and disaster recovery solutions. Continue to develop and improve all web based applications, including eCommerce website which includes database improvements as well as code improvements to all systems. Installed several system monitoring tools to monitor all servers and systems on network so I monitor these systems on a daily basis to insure all systems are operating. Make decisions on infrastructure upgrades and improvements and put these improvements into place during weekends and after hours when staff is not using systems.Update for 2018: Developed new online ecommerce website on https://allproavl.com and launched site mid February. The site has many cron jobs that were custom developed to sync inventory information as well as customer orders to provide detailed information about stock levels and shipping information to customers. During this time, I mainly focused on the development of many additions and improvements to software applications adding functionality to customer facing websites as well as internal applications used for business. This included coding web applications as well as designing databases and database queries. Maintained the pre-existing ecommerce website for a little while then completely redesigned ecommerce website from the ground up. Custom coded website including all CSS, HTML and SQL queries. Continued development of ecommerce system adding improved functionality weekly. This system is still in use today and continues to be improved. Worked with IT staff in upgrading network infrastructure from 3 servers to approximately 20 servers including Windows Active Directory, MySQL master and slave servers, Print Server, Backup systems, network firewall with VPN and more. Upgraded from T1 internet connection to fiber connection to improve speed and support growth of company. Managed and maintained the servers as well as 70 laptops and desktops providing end user support. Assisted with migration from Unix based flat file based software to SQL based software and wrote migration scripts for MOM software as well as SAP software for testing until we decided on a platform. Developed web based CRM solution for sales staff to track customer relationships and project status.

Reviewed reorder reports as well as inventory turn reports and did purchasing for all departments trying to insure adequate supply of products while maintaining at least 4 yearly turns. Worked with vendors to insure we were getting off sheet deals and worked with vendors and reps to get extended terms on large purchases. Insured that all purchase orders met free freight minimums. Matched bills to purchase orders to insure that agreed prices were what was billed by vendor and that correct terms were on invoice.

Worked in the warehouse helping develop procedures to speed up receiving and shipping operations by improving work areas and methods used for both. I also reworked the warehousing by rearranging items in a logical fashion that improved picking as well as inventory cycle counts. Received items from multiple carriers, stocked items and entered items into system. Picked, Packed and shipped items to customers and handled relationships with shipping vendors to insure we were receiving the best shipping discounts available. Purchased the first fork lift All Pro Sound owned!

Managed all operations or the car audio department which included sales, installation and purchasing of all equipment used in the car audio department. During this time, I developed several systems that were not in production at the time for remote vehicle starting and remote control hydraulic systems with pre-programmed scenes using custom designed circuit boards. I was a certified IASCA (International Auto Sound Challenge Association) sound quality judge and competed with my vehicle in sound and security competitions all across the South East. My vehicle was featured in a national magazine as well as the local Pensacola News Journal. We designed and installed several award winning car audio systems and were well known for many states for our designs.
