Started Newfangled's Strategy department, where we introduced many clients to marketing automation, training them on the platform and then worked with them on an ongoing basis to help them utilize the tools, in conjunction with their website and CRM software. Grew the department from 1 to 6 strategists, and from 0 to over 75 clients, over the course of 3.5 years, before being promoted to Director of Strategy.As a consultant, I conducted site reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis for clients. Auditing sites for usability, SEO, and content strategy, while tracking traffic trends in analytics, with a goal of increasing conversions and new business leads.
