Provides courteous & professional Customer support services for an assigned contract/contracts in multiple countries to ensure that all orders are processed in the most cost effective and efficient way whilst complying with the specific contractual agreement/s. Supports the Manager/Team Leader by regularly performing additional duties including defined work prioritization & preparation, conducting of procedural/quality checks, completion of paperwork/systems information plus resolution of exception situations.Follows established processes, procedures & business rules to effectively process multiple orders, which may be complex, in accordance with contract specific requirements. Includes performing defined procedural checks on orders received, communication of exceptions, determining the most appropriate transportation mode & correctly updating of the order management system, as needed.Focuses on more complex/critical communications with suppliers and customers in multiple countries, to advise on the specific actions required or progress of routine orders. Uses structured processes/methods and involves the relevant parties from within FedEx, the Customer, Suppliers or other external organizations to gain co-operation to resolve defined types of exceptions.For unresolved issues performs an appropriate level of analysis prior to escalating the exception and the relevant supporting information to the correct area/person. Follows through to ensure the problem is resolved satisfactorily and the system is updated.Monitors information received from multiple sources (Customer, Suppliers, and FedEx systems) and follows through on all orders (updating PODs, updating information codes, additional comments etc) to ensure they are in accordance with contractual requirements.Identifies defined types of exception situations & takes appropriate corrective actions.Performs all related support duties including updating of records and systems,filing etc.

Focuses on the accurate and timely validation and processing of the more complex/high value, multi-country/currency vendor invoices (transportation, goods & services, D&T). Ensures compliance with P&P & the defined legislation/requirements for each respective country. Includes the research & resolution of issues and co-ordination of key actions/processes for a small team. - Impacts correct payment of vendor invoices relating to transportation charges, all services and D&T- Processing of expense claims - multi country & currency - Compliance with P&P and each country legislationFocuses on the verification of more complex/high value vendor invoices received, which could be in multiple currencies, against relevant criteria (operational systems information, Purchase Order and Goods Received Notes) to ensure accuracy & completeness of all financial information to the actual goods/services received. Where information is inaccurate or incomplete follows through to resolution with the relevant area or vendor. Uses corporate chart of accounts to identify & issue an appropriate general ledger account code & cost centre. Uses appropriate methods to obtain timely approvals for invoices in accordance with defined procedures & P&P guidelines. Monitors the progress and follows through to obtain outstanding approvals.Resolves issues of all levels of complexity relating to the Accounts Payables function for assigned accounts by conducting an appropriate level of research with vendors and /or relevant departments to correctly identify the problem and agree the corrective actions.
