I support the Sales and Service DirecTV Legacy centers supporting over 5800 combined internal and external employees and partner with frontline managers and representatives across over 20 locations.I have over 8 years of experience with AT&T. I started with the company in 2009 in DMDR as a Telesales Representative in the Hoover, AL call center. I won the Summit Award for sales in 2011, piloted the MI60 management development program in early 2012, and was promoted to DMDR Team Manager in late 2012.As a team manager I had the privilege to work with some of the best in the industry, helping me win the Summit as a Team Manager in 2013. I developed and mentored several top performers into leadership positions within COR stores, Retention, and DMDR. I was selected as the Subject Matter Expert in the Hoover Call center on Compensation and Incentives in 2015, and helped drive overall performance within my team and the overall center. I was selected as the Subject Matter Expert in Overall Sales in early 2016 before moving to support Retention on the Performance and Execution team for the second quarter of 2016. I now support all of AT&T DirecTV Legacy sales sites through site visits and virtual learning sessions with site leadership on improving leadership skills, operational rhythm, processes, and product knowledge. While in this role, it is my goal to help develop the sites I support into the top performing centers in the company before moving into my next role.
