In my role as a Client Relationship Manager, I worked with clients to optimize their experience with the Clear Company Product. My role was a balance of consulting, sales, and client service. I provided training and guidance on how best to adapt our system to my clients' business processes, provided ongoing support, and introduced new products and services as appropriate.My primary roles and responsibilities were:- Building relationships with my existing clients, and advising them on best practices.- Training new clients in detailed use of different aspects of our software platform.- Planning and executing product rollout plans, and implementation calendars.- Managing incoming support requests.- Communicating system updates to client base, and communicating plans for future development.- Troubleshooting technical issues, and suggesting solutions.- Communicating feature requests to our Development Team.- Performing QA testing on pre-release system updates.

As a Freelance Producer for NHPR's Word of Mouth, my responsibilities were:- generating and pitching story ideas, - finding and pre-interviewing possible guests.- writing final versions of interview scripts for live broadcast.
