During the period of cannabis legalization, Lift & Co. (Lift) was Canada’s leading cannabis review platform for both recreational and medical products. In addition, Lift was licenced by the Ontario government to build and distribute CannSell, the official cannabis education platform. At Lift, I worked cross-functionally to design, implement, and execute Lift’s Brand Education product, an extension of CannSell. Following this, I shifted to become the Product Marketing Manager for Cohesion, Lift’s flagship consumer insights data product that leveraged Lift’s property cannabis review data. With both software products, I was part of the team that ideated, developed, and launched them to market.

My work resulted to a YoY revenue growth of 198% with gross margins increasing from 31.5% to 47.5%.
