Sydney's property market has entered an unprecedented era. It bears little resemblance to the 1987 market in which I bought the first of many residential, commercial, development, hospitality and retail properties worth hundreds of millions of dollars.The same journey saw me become a full time, exclusive Sydney buyers' agent in 2007 and an AAPI Certified Property Practitioner.
