Chris Dabrowski is the founder and owner of Transformation Fitness, LLC. He established Transformation Fitness in January 2021 as a way to put his 17 years of athletic and personal training experience to use in changing people’s lives. He offers a variety of targeted services for his clients including sport-specific training, corrective exercise, functional training, small-group boot camps, nutritional assessment and program design.Chris is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer. He also holds specialty certifications from NASM in sports performance enhancement and corrective exercise. Recently, Chris is a BioSignature practitioner from Poliquin Strength Institute (PSI), which enables him to assess his clients’ hormonal and nutritional imbalances that may be contributing to excess or insufficient bodyweight. These tools help him provide the expert assessment of his clients’ needs necessary to design and implement a targeted, goal-oriented fitness and nutrition program. He also holds specialty certifications from PIS in Biosignature 2 and Poliquin Institute Certification Program which he learned how to assess and train upper and lower body extremites. Chris has been involved in fitness his entire life. As an athlete, he participated in basketball, football, baseball, cycling, running, triathlons and equestrian riding. He went on to study, work, and intern with personal trainers and world-class strength coach Charles Poliquin ( one of the top world class strength and Olympic conditioning coaches who specializes in programs for general population and performance sports athletes.)
