This included the introduction of new recruitment related IT platforms, Talent community building initiative, Internal mobility initiative to retain talent to name but a few.I am also responsible for ensuring all SLAs and contractual obligations are met along with developing key senior relationships across the business and HR stakeholders. I was ultimately responsible for leadership of the Honeywell recruitment service, identifying mutually beneficial opportunities and ensuring we were aligned to the overall business strategy of both Honeywell and Ochrehouse. Within my time with Cielo/Honeywell, I lead the win of an additional service supplying 200-300 hires globally for Honeywell. This proposal was build on trust in the service, and ability to innovate new ways of thinking in relation to internal mobility that convinced Honeywell to choose Cielo in this competitive tender. -
