Administrative Experience ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬I am a public speaker, data analyst, team organizer, program planner, and collaborator. In my roles, I managed and trained faculty, staff and students in a multitude of projects. As the Veterinary College's Coordinator of Assessment and Evaluation I use data and assessment to make recommendations to the Associate Dean and Faculty for curricular improvements. I have collaborated with the College's entire Faculty body to build a novel online curriculum map where I supervised Staff, managed a large amount of data and helped the college maintain its accreditation.During my time as a program coordinator I created a student ambassador organization where I directed 30 undergraduate students to host prospective students. Working with students allowed me to increase relationship-building skills and foster my emotional intelligence and leadership. This organization won the University Diversity Award (2013) in our first year.I also used time management skills to organize 40 trips a year for high school student groups to visit campus and 50 individual student visits a year. My public speaking skills are demonstrated by the 60 times a year I would give presentations about the University.Research Experience ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ I am an inquisitive, organized, initiative-taking tenure track assistant professor and researcher of educational psychology. I have 8 years experience in quantitative methods while serving on and leading various research projects. 2 of which were multimillion dollar funded grants where I was the leader of evaluation, assessment and data management. I am experienced with research software like, Nvivo, SPSS, STATA, Webtools, & LIWC.I have communicated complex research topics to various audiences. I collaborated with colleagues to present research in 4 different countries, at over 20 conferences for nearly 50 presentations. My professional awareness, writing skills, and value in teamwork have led to many publications.I am a creative teacher, strategic planner, and effective communicator of educational psychology and educational technology.
