• Monitoring performance data for Security operations and identifying corrective actions, implementing plans and rewarding excellent performance. Healthy competition driven by implementing a competitive scoring system for teams. Reporting on trends and departmental performance to senior managers and board members• Dealing with compliance issues, such as supplying compliance data to regulatory bodies and implementing new legislation recieved from them, completely rewriting and redesigning all standard operating procedures into visual guides with improved auditing systems and delivering a GDPR compliance programme• Successfully delivering multiple projects including a 24.4% increase in our main KPI, another resulting in a further 11% increase and an aspirational project that delivered a 54.4% increase in trials. Most of these projects also lowered cost and wastage in their relevant areas.• Acted as the main representative for Security with other business partners, travelling to other sites and airports to collaborate and negotiate. Working with the group to achieve common business goals. A key achievement of this is being part of delivering a large capital expenditure project for new equipment by organising delivery, maintenance, training and comissioning• Being a key point of contact for operational managers for any queries regarding compliance or performance. This includes acting as a fully competent duty manager when required.• Most recently, creating the framework for an employee performance and records system, fully digitising all previous methods and developing the database backend and a visual frontend using BI tools to enable operational managers to check and update employee records, even on mobile devices
