Chris has over 20 years’ experience in commercial property spanning senior leadership roles across investment management, development, asset management and leasing in the office and logistics sectors, and has been deeply involved in logistics acquisitions and developments for nearly ten years. As Head of Logistics, Chris oversees transactional, leasing, development, investment and asset management for the portfolio, including the GPT QuadReal Logistics Trust. Most recently, Chris was Head of Investment across GPT’s office and logistics balance sheet portfolio. Prior to joining GPT, Chris held roles at Mirvac Group over an eight year period including Senior Investment Manager for Mirvac Property Trust responsible for its office and logistics portfolio. Prior to Mirvac, Chris worked at Colliers International in office leasing.Chris is a founding Committee Member for The GPT Foundation. He is a member of the Property Industry Foundation's NSW Board of Advisors and Chair of the Beneficiary Review Committee. Chris is active in the property industry including as a Committee Member for the PCA National Industrial Roundtable and was the previous Chair of the NSW Commercial Office Committee.
