As a Regional Construction Director with Bell Partners, I manage construction activities through out the South and Mid Atlantic region. This region has a portfolio of 33 communities with over 8,000 Apartment Homes. I implement best practices that span projects from design, scope development, to completion.

Environmental Specialist – Developed procedures relating to environmental issues including asbestos, lead and microbial investigation and abatement (mold)
