Most recently, I worked to ensure Communities@Work's ongoing sustainability through the development and maintenance of positive and mutually beneficial relationships, partnerships and activities.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS▪ Developed and implemented Communities@Work’s fundraising strategy to provide ongoing sustainability, with new tactics including workplace giving, bequests and regular giving. Raised over $1.1 million between August 2012 and December 2016.▪ Led the partnership with St Vincent de Paul Canberra/Goulburn to develop and run the Canberra Community Sleepout, a signature fundraising event that raised funds for homelessness services in the Canberra region. Over three years, 1,608 people slept out, raising more than $176,000.▪ Developed the business plan and project managed the launch of the Best Dressed Store, a social venture that produces profit that is used to purchase food and essential items for Communities@Work’s community pantries. From its launch in November 2014 until December 2016, this venture raised $209,000. ▪ Developed and implemented a partnership with four major shopping centres to install branded donation boxes that collect more than 15,000 donated food and essential items annually.▪ Developed and managed dozens of fundraising drives for food, essential items and quality second hand clothes with Canberra businesses, schools and community organisations.▪ Achieved $72,500 in sponsorship for the Celebrate Gungahlin Festival in 2016, a significant increase year on year.▪ Developed and implemented a marketing strategy that significantly increased Communities@Work’s media and social media exposure and engagement.

AIM also offers learning and development solutions, working with key clients from the public and private sectors, all aimed at delivering on the promise of "building better managers and leaders for a better society".KEY ACHIEVEMENTSAs part of the delivery on that promise, AIM invested in a new Canberra property that launched in late 2011. The new property offers an exceptional customer experience and hosts state of the art training facilities and meeting rooms, offering a learning experience unsurpassed in the Canberra region. The property also hosts a knowledge centre (library and bookshop), a members lounge, a boardroom, concierge facilities, a café, breakout areas and a staff area; and will provide the template for future AIM “regional” offices around NSW and the ACT.I led the operational management of the fitout, relocation and launch of the $3 million AIM ACT property, including the successful bid for federal funding of $470,000.
