Through my career as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach, I believe in bringing the human focus back to organizations. I get to work with the best companies in Cincinnati in a variety of roles to ensure successful delivery of value for their individual goals. Within Cardinal's suite of products, I also have the ability to lead a talented group of consultants and lead agile training courses and presentations.Highlights from my time at Cardinal include:- Serving as a Kanban Master/Coach for the Consumer infrastructure team for 5/3 Bank, driving better service for our development teams- Serving as a Product Owner for Information Security applications for Kroger, helping to prioritize initiatives and digesting them into workable pieces for the development team- Serving as a Business Analyst for Roundy's Payroll/HR conversion for Kroger systems

I served as a Product Owner/Scrum Master/Business Analyst at Paycor within our flagship Payroll application. Within our agile team, I helped to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our team, as well as collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders defining the priority of multiple work streams across our organization and plan out our future roadmap. I also helped to define the requirements of what was needed to ensure a smooth development for our projects and how they relate to our other teams.

I was in a hybrid role at Paycor where I supported a client load for payroll processing along with being a Subject Matter Expert of the new online payroll application that we rolled out. In this role, I played a part of the business analysis aspect that involves troubleshooting, testing, defining requirements, and implementing the new product to our clients. This experience has helped to give me a deeper knowledge of product support, development, and the general understanding of a product lifecycle.

I was expanding my skill set at General Cable in the field of Information Technology. I was excited about the opportunities for knowledge and working closely with others around me to accomplish our goals in creating business objects used in their company. I also would field calls directed towards the help desk from the clients that we would work closely with to meet and exceed their needs.

Major Accountabilities: I started out at Best Buy as a portable electronics specialist, and after a couple of months, was promoted to the Major Appliances and Home Theater Specialist position. I handled relationships with customers from beginning to end, helping them to clarify what their needs were and finding a solution to help them. I have received many customer service awards from Best Buy for my problem solving skills and customer assistance based on customer feedback.
