Founder of the Responsible Innovation Lab at ASU. The RIL focuses on experiential research programs focused on delivering both analytical outcomes and tangible products. I manage multiple longitudinal projects with various student groups. At the core, all my work is focused on operationalizing Responsible Innovation and Principled Innovation methodologies.

I created and teach FIS 294 Introduction to Responsible Innovation and FIS 480, the Undergraduate Capstone, as part of a growing Experiential Learner Lab program.In the Capstone we focus on applying RI to current challenges through project and product management processes. This allows learners to bring their academic prowess to real world scenario before graduation. Everybody flips the classroom these days, we're flipping internships and bringing that work directly into the classroom.As part of this position I manage our involvement in #Future17 program where our learners participate on international, multidisciplinary teams working together to solve issues related to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations.If you have any questions about the program please reach out here or at ril@asu.edu

I created the quality assurance department for the University Technology Office's Planning and Programs Management Office. I came on in 2011 to help completed what was a very successful PeopleSoft 8.9 to 9.0 upgrade and the subsequent splitting of the HR/CS databases. I stayed on to create the department and ran it for 5 years.
