Initiated a breakthrough partnership to sell Harrods food online with Ocado. Opened The Perrier Jouet Champagne Terrace, Harrods Brasserie and working with key luxury brand partners opened Tiffany Blue Box Cafe, Fendi Cafe, Yann Couvreur Cafe and the Baccarat Bar. Developed and opened the first H-Cafe and developed Gordon Ramsay's first Burger Bar outside Las Vegas opening Dec 2020.Working with brands such as Dior, Fendi, Hermes, Baxter, Christofle, Lalique and Flexform, consolidated 2 floors of luxury interiors on to one floor - the largest in Europe. Developed and designed the new Harrods Arcade and surrounding seasonal, gifting and bookshop. Opened the new Technology department on the 5th floor including the largest Apple Store in the world not run by Apple.
