We are proud members of the Construction Industry Institute (CII) and are globally recognized globally as implementers and trainers of their fully researched and field tested best practices.Position Summary:• Develop and Implement strategic Sales & Marketing plans ensuring achievement of corporate objectives for products and services• Develop and manage sales/marketing operating budgets; directs sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly• Ensures the growth of PTAG Product Lines – Professional Services, Consulting & Advisory, and Project Management Information Systems• Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all sales and marketing efforts, including materials and events• Manage and direct sales and marketing team including recruitment, selection, training, performance development, coaching and mentoring • Oversees market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market• Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners• Meet with key clients, assist sales team by maintaining relationships and building client relationships • Participate in organization’s senior leadership activities• Develop strategic project services/delivery partnerships

Furthermore I provide direction to the recruitment team with respect to focusing their search when taking on job requisitions and educating them on my client requirements• Facilitate contract and offer negotiations between employer and employee or contractor• Our client's are global and local EPC/M firms associated in the Power & Utilities, Mining & Minerals, Oil & Gas and Infrastructure sectors• Our capabilities also include Staffing, Payroll and Placement service for Owners of Generating, Transmission & Distribution, Refining and Processing plants
