Role:Assess clients' eligibility for various immigration programs and provide guidance on the application process- Prepare and submit immigration applications, including permanent residence, temporary residence, and citizenship applications- Conduct interviews with clients to gather information and documentation required for immigration applications- Advise clients on immigration rules, regulations, and procedures- Represent clients in dealings with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA)- Stay up-to-date with changes in immigration laws and procedures to provide the most current advice and guidance to clients
