- Implemented system wide process improvements using geospatial technology, data and design thinking methodology- Led and managed an internal team of technical and operations experts in building customer facing maps and interactive tools to help users find trails, report issues and track rehab/maintenance- Led teams in developing innovative methods for collecting and evaluating trails including 3-D cameras, accelerometers and trail condition models.- Grew public engagement with map and real time tracking tools from nothing to hundreds of thousands of views - Built and implemented data models to project asset life cycles, design asset rehab processes and create life cycle programs for trails and other assets- Designed and implemented organization wide data collection programs- Communicated visionary and technical solutions to the public, executive team and elected officials
